Based in Cape Town, CTG dishes out her opinion on anything from macarons to music festivals, and all the fabulous things in between. My only experience when it comes to money management is making sure I have enough of it to catch a cab home after a big night. I've always been terribly interested in these people who play with money and drive fast cars, and I've always been convinced I'd be incredibly good at playing the markets...I've just never taken the time to learn what a fixed term gathering annuity fund scheme with a hedge growth integer means. So I'm quite excited to see what this is all about and very interested to see if I can prove my high school maths teacher wrong.

He is an award winning financial journalist for Fin24.com and Finweek magazine covering banks, insurers, financial services as well as small business and personal finance related topics. He is an owner of Rival Industrial, a publishing company which manages a handful of niche publications and in 2009 he launched Rival Pioneers an entrepreneur support community. This was followed up by the launch of the "Punk Your SME" competition in 2010 which aims to promote small businesses around the country.
